Meal plan routine: Breakfast: 3 scrambled fresh eggs from my chickens; 1/4 cup old fashioned oats, 1tbsp ground hemp, 1 tbsp chia seed, 1 tbsp ground flax, 1tsp ground black maca powder with 1 cup water cooked in a microwave for 2:30. Add honey some walnuts, and 1/3 frozen berries(stawbwerries, blueberries, raspberries) and mix well. Let sit a few minutes. Snack: protein shake. Lunch: something healthy.. Snack: 1/2 cup Greek non fat plain yogurt, 1tbsp ground hemp seeds, 1tsp ground black maca powder, berries, a few almonds. Dinner: something healthy Snack: juice of one beet, 2 celery stalks, 2 carrots, 1/2 cucumber, 1green apple. Also EAS complete protein shake.
