Gains Weight:
Mostly gained at my waist.
Lifestyle (prior to program):
Moderate exercise several times per week.
Background: I gained most of my weight during college, I went from 170 to 225 in 2 years. I work at home as a software developer so I sit on my butt a lot and use to get little to no exercise. I did BFL back in 2007 and lost about 35 lbs, but gained very little muscle to speak of. In 2010/2011 I put it all back on plus 10 lbs. I managed to lose over 80lb in 2012/2013, but have since put 18 back on. I want to get back under 200 in 2014, and continue to make strength gains.
Goals: + My challenge goal is to lose 20lbs + Continue with strength training and improving my lifts by 15%.
