Gains Weight:
Mostly gained in my legs and hips.
Lifestyle (prior to program):
Moderate exercise several times per week.
Background: I had a very successful BFL Challenge in 2006. I went from 145 lbs and 26% BF to 125 lbs. and 19% BF. I let life get in the way and it all went bad as far as diet and exercise. I was diagnosed with a gluten intolerance in October of 2010 and became healthier, but then, once I discovered some very good gluten free sweets (my weakness), the weight came back on and just kept going up.
Goals: I want to get back to the 130-135lb range and drop my body fat to about 25% or less and KEEP IT THERE FOREVER! I am so tired of yo-yo weight loss/gain.
