Gains Weight:
Mostly gained at my waist.
Lifestyle (prior to program):
Moderate exercise several times per week.
Background: Poor eating habits have largely attributed to my health issues. I basically negate most of the exercise. I believe that BFL can help if I stick to it this time, but this isn't my first rodeo.
Goals: I need to shred away this fat layer after layer to reveal the true athlete that lies beneath. I understand there will be some muscle loss. It's a necessary tradeoff. But first things first. *Single digit bf. *From 228-175 lbs. *No meds.
