Mostly gained at my waist.
Lifestyle (prior to program):
Exercise a little once or twice a week.
Background: I've found myself not working out and making my body a priority. I'm now over 50, heavy, and not liking how I look or feel. It's all about my stomach - I want this to stop. In 2016, I'm going to be running for local government, and need to feel good about myself, and also get a new job. It's brutal enough campaigning with positive self-views, I also need to sell my business and get a fullfilling, well-paying job. Lot's to do.
Goals: I want to be 205 pounds by September 16th, 2015. That's about 3 pounds per week for 12 weeks. I'd like to be golfing and surfing, and put on 10 pounds of muscle. I'd like to look great naked again.
