Gains Weight:
Mostly gained at my waist.
Lifestyle (prior to program):
Exercise a little once or twice a week.
Background: I'm wanting to lose about 15-20 pounds and tone up my belly. Haven't really done much on exercise for about 5 years. My daughter is now almost 2 1/2 and I don't want to be the "fat mom" at the gym...rather, I want to be the FIT mom!
Goals: I will go from a 14/16 to a 8/10 and able to be fit enough to chase after kids - both my own and my students! I want to go from 190 (where I am now) to at least 160 and be able to jog 1 mile without feeling like I'm going to collapse!
