Mostly gained in my legs and hips.
Lifestyle (prior to program):
Moderate exercise several times per week.
Background: I'm a career BFL'r, until week 5! I can't seem to finish a challenge, so posting my progress and photos for ALL to see is going to be the motivation to finish and TURN IN THAT PACKET!
Goals: Challenge 1: I'd like to be more consistent in my program, lose weight (20 lbs. to be precise, but it's not all about the scale weight), inches (especially in those LOVELY thighs!), and tone beautifully. That's not too much to ask, is it? :) Additionally, since this challenge is in lieu of therapy, I WILL see how strong and confident I can become, I will overcome the garbage that goes on at home, and I will pull through and PERSEVERE!!!! Finally, I will remind myself daily that I am in charge of myself, that I can't change others, and that I can be in control of my own life and my own destiny. C2: My, how I've changed since C1...BFL certainly changes a person inside and out! C2 is all about gettin' that sexy beach body ready!!! C3: Ready to beat the numbers of Challenge #1. Amazing how far I've come since I first started this lifestyle. Can't wait to find my stride again. With all of the other garbage finally out of my life, I'm ready to focus on ME! GREAT way to start 2011--wooohoo!!!!! C4: I've got a lot of work to do, but I'm ready for it. Amazing to see how much my body has changed over the past 8 years. Tough to see how stress and health issues have taken over. I'm feeling great now, and ready to get back on the road to Healthy Happiness all around. You can do this! :)
