Lifestyle (prior to program):
Moderate exercise several times per week.
Background: I have never been overweight, but I have spent way too much time yoyo dieting. I stay within the same 5 kilo weight range, but I still tend to either over eat or under eat. I just bought 3 BFL success journals as well as the BFL book. I am starting the program in 8 weeks, (no exercising due to two broken ribs). I would love to get in touch with others doing the program as I think mutual support and motivation is really important !
Goals: Stabilize my weight, eat healthier, build some muscle and hopefully learn to know myself better.
