Week 1 Notes: The first week was rather fun, the scale moved nicely, like I was hoping, already I can feel a bit of a difference in the way dress shirts are fitting. Body fat% droped a smige , that's encouraging. Need to focus on drinking more water.

Week 2 Notes: This is odd, body fat % has increase as body weight decreased. I had a very difficult week with work that interferred with my morning workout schedule. Need to refocus my energies. Doing fine with meal program.

Week 3 Notes: Another few pounds down, bodyfat % remains unchanged. Work was a repeat of last week, very difficult to get my workouts in. Long hours in the office left me tired and listless. I am feeling a lot better about myself and the progress thus far. Clothes are still fitting a bit looser than before so I'm on the right track.
