Gains Weight:
Mostly gained at my waist.
Lifestyle (prior to program):
Couch Potato.
Background: I got out of school in '92. At that time I was very athletic. I would play softball on weekends, I went water skiing every weekend (if not every night) and was in very good shape overall (except for the 2 - 3 packs of Cigs/day). I took a job as an over the road truck driver in '93 and started to gain weight. In '98, I got off the road and into an office job. I read BFL and tried to complete a Challenge. I made it to about week 3 and gave up. Since that time, I have started 5 or 6 times and never made it past week 3 or 4 before giving up. My wife and I had 3 girls and both became very inactive. Now the girls have started growing and I am realizing as I go out to play with them just how out of shape I have become. In Jan '07 I decided it was time to make a change and started again. I made it through one 12 week cycle without quitting. I lost 15 lbs in the 12 weeks and started to increase my endurance. I was Transferred after completing my second challenge, and then lost my job in June 09. I went back into driving trucks and have started to gain even more weight.. It is time to fix this, I am now the heaviest I have ever been, and it is not muscle weight.
Goals: My goal is to bring my weight back down in the 155 - 165 lb range. I want to increase muscle and bring body fat % down under 10%. My goal on cardio is to be able to survive 20 minutes on my stairclimber. I will gain back some of my definintion by the end of C3 in '11.
