Gains Weight:
Mostly gained in my legs and hips.
Lifestyle (prior to program):
Exercise a little once or twice a week.
Background: I miss my ripped body from the last time I did this program in 2010. I was able to maintain it for a few years but lost it over the last four years as my health declined while in another abusive relationship. I moved out in August and have been regaining my health. I'm back in school finishing my Bachelors degree and finally feel well enough to jump back into BFL competing against myself FTW.
Goals: 112lbs, normal range body fat, reduce belly/hip/thigh body fat, gain muscle shape and strength. I want my body to carry me instead of me dragging it!
