Moderate exercise several times per week.
Background: I discovered about the Body For Life challenge when I encountered the original Body For Life book at a on-base library when I was stationed at 29 Palms, California. This was in 2014. I read the book cover to cover and attempted to complete the challenge then, but failed. Seven years later, I rediscovered the book in the back of my closet. I reread it and reignited my desire to attempt the challenge.
Goals: My goal for my first Body For Life challenge is to lose weight and decrease my body fat. Currently, I weigh 175 pounds and a body fat percentage of 26%. I want to reach my ideal weight of 150 pounds and a body fat percentage of 15%.
