Moderate exercise several times per week.
Background: I’m a mum of two boys and I have previously had excellent results with body for life. Life has gotten in the way of fitness goals for more than a few years now and I feel like I have lost my way so I’m going back to basics and what I know works.
Goals: I will lose 26 pounds of fat within the next 12 weeks. I will stick to my exercise and nutrition plan for the whole 12 week period and not give up. PROGRESS NOT PERFECTION! I will finish this challenge!
