Background:
I really enjoy being active including triathlon sports, caving, white water paddling, ect. Unfortunately I also really enjoy being social and eating and the two sides even themselves out at about 185 lbs. As much as I work out and pay for memberships and equipment I should be at a totally different fitness level. I've finally had enough and I want to do something about it. I started body for life in March of '06 and lost 13lbs in 6 weeks. I got derailed with moving into a new house and socializing too much with friends. I know the program works and I want to finish it this time!
Goals:
I would love to weigh 160 lbs, have definition across my entire body and lower my blood pressure and cholestoral. I want to increase my energy level and stamina and also feel confident not only about how I look but overall, inside and out.
