Gains Weight:
Mostly gained at my waist.
Lifestyle (prior to program):
Couch Potato.
Background: The last time I really committed myself to working out I went from 130lb to 117, was very well toned and felt great! (My profile pic is from that time.) That lasted for about a year -- until I realized that no matter how much I worked out I would never have that hourglass figure I longed for ... my body just wasn't made that way. I gave up exercising and now, 2 years later, I'm at an all-time high weight of 144. Tired of feeling bad about myself everyday, I'm ready to deal with my body shape and bring it to the best condition I can.
Goals: This Challenge:
  • taking 3" off my waist
  • firming and defining my arms
  • reducing at least 1" from my thighs
  • returning tone and definition to my thighs and calves
  • fixing the DENT in my A$$ (long story, ask me sometime)
NOTE: I am NOT giving myself a weight goal for this challenge. If I accomplish the above, the weight will have taken care of itself.
