Background:
I started the program because I was looking for something else to get the results that I was not getting with any other program. I have been active since I was 21 (16 years ago). i never quite reached my ideal goals. I started reading the BFL book while I was pregnant with my son #2, and I was doing real well until I was in an unfortunate car accident and put me out of the BFL loop for about 2 years. So I started back at it on January 8th and it feels great!!! Can't wait to continue the program for eternity!!!
Goals:
I am thinking my desired weight will be around 118, completely firm and defined. I want to drop from a size 7 to a size 4 (wow that would be great!) and I just want to live a very active life for me and my family.
