Challenge #1: 12 weeks to the bikini!! - Started Dec 26, 2005
Week 1 Notes: I will take measurements every 4 weeks. This week went great - I averaged 1300 calories a day. The first free day was a bit of a challenge, but was still able to keep under 2200 calories.
Week 2 Notes: I feel great this week!! Did not miss a workout and kept my eating very clean. Hopefully this continues!!
Week 3 Notes: Feel Great!! My pants are looser - my stomach looks flatter and my husband has noticed small changes!!!
Week 4 Notes: My 4 week pictures look exactly the same. Little disappointed, but I know my pants are getting bigger! Will post pictures at 8 weeks.
Week 5 Notes: Even though I only lost a .5 I feel incredible. I really increased my weights this week and I finished 2.13 miles in 20 minutes. I have only cheated once so far (except for a fun size snickers almost every night - have to have that chocolate). I enjoy every Free day!!! :) Probably too much! I am right on track with my weight loss and should be able to hit 125 by the end of the 12 weeks!! I wasn't going to take measurements, but I neeed to. Everything looks great. Body fat according to is%26.31, but on the handheld omeron is says %24.
Week 6 Notes: Not sure why I gained weight. It has been seven days straight that I kept my eating to 1250 calories. Clothes feel better, but it is hard to get past the weight.
Week 7 Notes: Still not happy with the weight. I was 132.5 yesterday - it is just so frustrating on how much it fluctuates!! At least everything else went down. In order to hit my measurements from the 1st challenge I need to be at: waist 25, hips 34, thighs 20.

Week 2 Notes: Have not missed a workout! Loving those free days!!
Week 3 Notes: Feeling great - eating clean and have not missed a workout
Week 4 Notes: Not sure why the weight went up. I averaged 1300 calories this week. I look forward to seeing the scale drop!! :)
Week 5 Notes: Finally the weight dropped!! :) Not much, but it is something. I started to train for the half marathon in January this week.
Week 6 Notes: mentally I am starting to stray. Tough week eating, but at least I am still losing inches.

Challenge Goals/Notes: I am sick of feeling this way
Week 2 Notes: Feeling great! Few pounds lost. Still waiting for things to fit better, but I know that will come in time.
Week 3 Notes: did okay this week. Got sick over the weekend and missed a work out.
Week 5 Notes: Well - I am not too happy about the weight gain. I have gained weight consistenly. I know I should not worry about the weight, but it is hard since I know what I weighed after the first time I did this. I am off by 17 pounds. UGHHH!!! It will be interesting to see what the next couple of weeks bring.

Challenge Goals/Notes: I have stopped and started way too many times to count. I need to follow what we teach our children....never quit!!
Week 0 Notes: shoulders - 41, belly - 33
Week 1 Notes: shoulders 40, belly 33 Feel good and kept to the plan 100%
Week 5 Notes: Weight is not budging, but inches are going down. Eating clean 6 days a week, missed only one work out due to illness.
Week 7 Notes: belly - 32.5, shoulders - 38.25. Weight still not changing much, but inches are moving down. Took last week off due to vacation to disneyland. Did pretty good with food.
