Week 0 Notes: OH MY GOODNESS! Had Body fat tested to get this challenge started. Had a DEXA scan, which is very precise - while I found out that I do have a decent amount of muscle, I have such HIGH body fat! Grr! Well this is the last day I will be like this! I cant believe how much my home scales and the girl who BF% tested me in the gym underestimated by! Home scales - 23% (so wrong!) Gym calliper method - 26%. Glad I got the scan done - ill see the difference in 12 weeks.

Week 2 Notes: Ok there has been some movement! But I can do better. I think my portions sizez are too big, so Ill have to play with that. Also I have been weighing myself daily and there have been some fluctuations - need to stop worrying and need to stop checking all the time! Lets see what I can do in the next two weeks....And I hope I get the courage up to post my pics!
