Yup just enough to keep glycogen replenished... tuna w/ mayo will get you shredded quick
Two or three weeks and you'll be good to go
Fish oil for sure, you might wanna run conjugated linoleic acid too (CLA), good natural cutting agent... and im assuming you already take a multi every day?? If not do so

I do, I take two Flintstones every day! Ok, cla, lots of tuna, fish oil. I can do that. I hate eggs, but don't mind repetition. I can eat the same thing every day, just have got to get these last few pounds off me. Away, satanic fat! I need a fat exorcism.....
