DMGG - That sounds really complicated to me! What about the fish burps? LOL!
Here's an easy plan no gluten or dairy 6 days a week for 4 weeks. I know you can do it.
M1: 2 Hard boiled eggs
M2: Banana with almond butter
M3: Chicken breast with veggies
M5: Steak with veggies
M6: Hand full of almonds
