I honestly don't think it comes off. I mean, listen, I have been doing BFL for 34 months, lost 72lb and 24 %bf and I still have it. It seems impossible but I do you can see it in my pics

I am doing more butt and hamstring exercises then ever and still my butt is a butt

I think it has to be my genetics, there is just no other excuse for me to have it like this.

I JUST got a foam roller 3 days ago, and I LOVE IT. I got it primarily to help stretch my upper back, but have also been working the IT band back of legs, glutes, etc. Seriously I think I see a difference in the cellulite already. NOT KIDDING. Okay, maybe it's just wishful thinking, but I like it!

I use my foam roller for the physical therapy aspects of rolling... the hopeful cellulite improvement would just be a perk! Speaking of my foam roller, I need to use that thing nightly again... I got out of the habit...

This is just a weird thing I heard, have no idea if it is true or not,

When I was a kid (7 years old) the new thing in exercise was an electric roller you sit on and it massaged your butt and hams for cellulite, we used to plan on it, I was told years ago that those rollers actually cut up and divided your cells and made more and the people that used them back then actually did more damage. hum, it's a though, I used to play on it alot, lol

at athletic stores... I got mine at Go Mango Fitness...

Go with a higher density one... they cost a bit more but they will last a lot longer.

They really hurt you... but it is so worth it in the end!

That dreaded HAIL DAMAGE... It does go away. But like Jami says, lots of blood, sweat and tears... more tears I think. It's the one true thing I HATE about ME... genetics... sometimes they suck...

I am all for trying that foam roller though, so tomorrow it's my mission to find one. I do have a great shower gel and cellulite cream though and when I use it daily it does help... but I don't always use it. BELIEVE me, I should! YUCK is the only word to describe my thighs... well that and nauseating. What ever you do, do not try LIPO... take my word for it. BFL is much easier and a lot less costly!

Happiness, Tracy :)
