Saturday morning at Gold's Gym!

Kind of surprising...you might think everybody would sleep in, but Gold's has a faithful Saturday morning group...most of them are here for a morning cardio sessions, which is fine for me...leave's lots of room on the main floor!!!!

Ahhh...Gold's...Saturday morning. Locker room. Take out needed items from my gym bag...gloves, chalk, that sort of thing...store gym bag and lock the lock...what a great beginning to a perfect day.

Working chest and tri's this morning. Kind of different...like to mix things up and keep my muscles confused!   lol

Bar B Qing with friends at 1 PM...watching Gator football...Diet Coke...skinless chicken wings (at least for me)

OK...back to the task at hand...the iron is waiting...I'm ready!   E'nuff said...time to get it on!

Labor Day!

Proud of myself for not skipping my work out last night...we had a bad thunderstorm just as I was leaving for Gold's...traffic lights out, that sort of thing. However, I had a terrific work out. Worked back and 30 minutes of light cardio. Gym is open from 8 to 6 today so I am preparing to leave and get a good work out done before it gets too late.

Clean bar b q planned later today with family!
