My Remainder of the Year Challenge - Brian

I started my challenge this past week, and have decided to call it "Remainder of the Year" challenge. It basically lasts the rest of the year. As of this writing there are 130 days left in the year, and my challenge takes me right up to New Years. What is it that everyone does on New Years? That's right, Resolutions. I'm just getting an early start. Actually, I want to put myself in a position of having different resolutions this year then from years past.

So I started with 132 days, I have had two days of great workouts, and there are 130 days left.

Brian

Well, it's the end of week one, and lets just say that stepping on the scale the day after your birthday for the weekly weigh-in will not give you an accurate reading. Too much sodium in my system causing water retention.

As far as the first week goes I must step up my effort. I missed 3 workouts this eating this week was way off. Time to regroup, refocus, and move forward.

Great workout this morning. Did 2.75 miles in 30 mins on the Precor 3D eliptical. Meals are packed for the day, now it's off to work.

Have an awesome day!!!!!!

Enuf with the excuses.

Birthday weeks/days are tough...c'mon dude! You are better than that!

Plan better!

A free meal and a piece of cake (whatever) isnt going to sabotage your progress.

Sounds to me like same old same old... But - if you go totally crazy for the week or an extended length of time it certainly will.
