Hi everyone, Thought I'd get the team started this week!! So some of us are in week 4 and some week 5. Either way we're in about the middle, so I think it's time to really focus on the end result we are all after. Maybe to acheive that we could all cut out or cut down on one little indulgence that could help us acheive our goals faster?? For me? Mine is going to be reducing the coffee I have each day. I want to make a conscience effort to have only one bought one OR one instant each day, for the next 4 weeks at least, the plan is that by doing that for 4 weeks will lead to a more long term change. So instead of just going cold turkey, i will replace my coffee's with either green tea or another more healthy option. Good luck everyone, let's make a real committment to ourselves to acheive those results we want so badly and make them a reality!!

I just completed my cardio today. I decided to change up the routine this four weeks and change the cardio from the elliptical to the treadmill. It kicked my butt, I believe I had an exercise high and it took me 20mins to get down from it after the workout. I lost a total of 5lbs and am at 310. When I first started training a few months ago I was 327, so I lost a total of 17lbs. My goal is to end this challenge under 300lbs, which is 11LBS to go and that is attainable.
I ate 3 slices of turkey bacon and some fruit. I also had an EAS shake as well. It is 10am and I have already drank half of a gallon of water, thanks to the treadmill mostly. My max heart rate for cardio during a BFL workout was 178.
I am doing great and for the first time my wife and I were talking and we said, "when" instead of "if" when talking about losing weight.

I love a good exercise high ecz! not just the feeling in general but also when you feel soooooooo badass and fulfilled after. i am sure you'll make your goal ecz all ya gotta do is keep going the way you are! i know i didn't overeat TOO bad yesterday but i am afraid to get on the scale for another day or two til i drink a ton of water because everything i had yesterday was loaded with salt. my belly is getting that jelly feeling instead of the harder feeling from the intramuscular fat being used up so apparently i'm gonna be burning more bodyfat now!
