Happy new week to everyone!!!!!!!!!!!
This is week 5 for me but I'm going to enter the tracker challenge also. I will be posting 4 week progress pictures today that will be the start of the tracker contest.
I've hit some walls but I'm going to keep on keeping on. I'm hoping my elliptical shows up early this week. I'm planning on still doing 4 days of cardio and 2 days of weight training.
I've also decided to do 3 shakes a day this week to kinda get a jump start my meals have been way off. I also need to really focus on getting more water. My goal will be a min of 2 liters a day. I've got to cut way back on the diet coke.
I hope everyone starts checking in. Also anyone is free to post here for support that is in the tracker halloween contest.

Hi all, Shannon, you sure got some gym equipment!!! no doubt with your new eliptical as well you'll be able to keep going. I had a pretty ordinary weekend, ate to much moved too little and got a sore thraot and cold!! not happy! Haven't done today's workout yet, but will definitely do so....LBWO, going to have to take it easy on the cardio again though, which is NOT what i need, but this cold has already gone to my chest and I know from past history if i ignore it and run anyway it will drag on, so will do the best ican. John, you're going well, keep at it, you'll get there, you too ecz! Catch you all soon Susie

Shannon, There's a HUGE difference around your middle and your shoulders and boobs!! remember you are gaining a lot of muscle volume so your weight may not change very much yet. You should be stoked,I think!! I'm a bit off the rails, eating ok still but no work out yestersday of today so far, going to just try to get in a walk till i get this cough under control, feel quite crappy....I'm definitely on a downer, but Iknow I'll come back up! keep up the AWESOME work!!
