Okay, now you're just showing off Seriously, if you can get up early, I know I can too! I'm going to join you soon Katie  It is a FRUIT AND VEGGIE WEEK. TRY to get in 4-6 every single day and report back how you did. I totally forgot about this and I haven't been doing as well as I should. Plus, I have a ton of fruits and veggies right now so I should be cruising through this. SO, today will be better on my totals, said as she stuffs a banana in her mouth  BBL

Happy Hump day Girls!
Up and at’em for some Kickboxing this am! First day of carb cycling yesterday! 84 ounces of water in! Need to up that today for sure!
Calories 1,157
Fat 36%
Carbohydrate 68.4 23% I am allowed 65 per day (not bad for the first day)
Dietary Fiber 10.0 grams (oops need more veggies & cereal)
Protein 41%
Did my stats this am! UUgghh! 2 weeks off and I am really paying for it!
Katie you’re so right! DH’s mom is the one who is losing out and we are a very strong couple. She is just jealous of her son’s happiness. She did the same thing to my BIL.
Erika thanks for the reminder of fruits and veggies. I had some killer fresh green beans last night for dinner. My only veg for the day. Today for breakfast I had eggs with garden fresh salsa and onions/peppers.

Hi all, still in a funk. Just not feeling well. Called around and got an appointment with an allergist for this morning. Going to start the process for allergy shots again and hopefully get some more meds to start feeling better and enjoy the outside world.
Trying not to share my funk and whine, so I will be back.
And yesterday in my TV watching marathon I watched this...really makes you think about those bad foods that you eat. Ok can't find the youtube video. But a guy on the show Thinrvention ate 2 cookies, eating 140 calories. So Jacki made him run stairs to burn off 140 calories. Took him a long time to run the stairs to burn off that many calories. No fun.
