Morning teamies.  Didn’t sleep well so feeling very blah today. 

 

LBWO this morning.  It’s odd because I hit a lot of my 10’s but afterwards I can’t even tell that I worked out.

 

So I got to looking at by week 0 vs week 5 pics (both on my profile), and I think I can tell a difference, but it’s hard to say.

 

On the up side the drugs, stretches and orthotics I’m using for my Planter Fasciitis seem to be working pretty well, so that’s good.  One less barrier.

Morning team! Feeling good today, had a solid HIIT run this morning. It was hot though and extremly humid! I know this sounds rediculous for day 10 of a challenge but I worked on my long term goals last night and hope to finish up today. I've done enough day to day planning to stay on track, I was just missing the long term end vision that will keep me plugging through the difficult times. Also broke out my new body fat calipers last night, the number was a little lower than the online calculators which was encouraging!

Val - I have those days where you're so tired or just out of it that a workout doesn't feel like a true workout. Glad to hear the PF is getting better.

Hey fellas!

Val - good job on hittin those 10's. sometimes when your body gets used to the specific exercise your doing you don't feel so bagged afterwards, perhaps its time to switch a few up?

owen - thats great that the calipers were nice to you! and good job on your run!

as for me my food is packed and i've already slammed a litre of water in the car on the way to work and i even managed to remember to take all my vitamins! I feel a cold coming on and i'd really like it to back off! I don't wanna get sick right now!

Where is everyone else!?

It's been quiet lately Brit. 

When I feel a cold coming on I OD on Vitamin C and Eccanacea(SP?).  Works pretty reliably.

Hey guys.. sorry haven't been here much.. All is still going fantastic. Down 10 lbs so for 3 weeks,3 more lbs and at last I will have hit 20lbs down... so I am thrilled with that. Still doing my swimming and my work outs... and enjoying the gym.

Val... you can totally see a difference... awesome.. you neck is a big difference I see.. your tummy and your shoulders are more square. Keep up the great work.

Owen.. great job on the running, I so envy runners.

Brit.. Sure hope the cold stays away... Great job on the water.. gotta say I love water.

Keep it up everyone... I am not doing a challenge challenge... but I will post pics again in 12 weeks... Someone asked what I was doing.. I am following the south beach plan.. I really love it, and it really isn't that much different that bfl.... I am still eating clean... no crap... but I am not having any free day... just planning if we go out etc... so far so good. I am doing soo much better with veggies...which is fab for me....
