for kicks, here's a few videos of my training... I did the deadlift vids as a way of checking my form (yup, need to make a few modifications) and the bench vids are because I was in my bench shirt so I try and always video my geared work when I can...
watch the bar path closely... second rep I just about ate it... adjusted the shirt a bit so I could pull my shoulders under more and then 150 was way better

I suspect that pound for pound you are the strongest female Tracker.
It's a journey, not a joy-ride.

Nice Telle! I was watching how you approach the bar on your deads. I'm working on that. Trying to get a good routine. Set my stance, make sure my grip is right, etc, before I lift. I tend to rush that part. Thanks for posting these.

It sure is My shoulders, head and butt must stay in contact with the bench at all times and my feet must stay flat on the floor with no movement... but the arch is good

MM, there is a youtube video out there where dave tate gives a profanity-laden instruction on benching that discusses this. Good couple minutes.
Hang on, I found it for ya.
Pay attention to 1:50 and also 4:45

You may notice that Dave will sometimes lift his head off the bench when the bar comes to his chest... he used to lift in a federation that allowed that (and frankly, in million ply shirts it's pretty much impossible to touch the bar to the chest without bringing the head up). Still a super knowledgable guy and someone worth listening to.
