Hey everyone! I had a friend look over my settings on my phone and computer browsers, and I think I'm officially back on track(er), heehee! I'll be back in a second, but I'll post this to get the thread going!

so, good morning! I've missed everyone terribly! I'm about to head to the gym to lift weights...I'm 4 weeks into a by-the-book BFL challenge. It's so fun! I'm such an exercise nerd, lol!

I will check back in later...when my arms are noodles! Have a great morning!! Xoxo!

Hello Beautiful Amy!!! How was your weekend?

Gayle - So what is up with your swimming lady? Did you kick the teens out of the pool yet?

Jeanne - are you getting back on a schedule? BTW I think between the 2 of us we could run a church, although we would probably need your daughter too. Oh and a secretary, cause I know I'm not organized enough for that job.

Janice - think of that runners high you are going to be feeling in a few short weeks. Nothing like it. Hold on to that feeling while you run now and smile!

Laura - so glad to see you! Hope you are finding some sanity with your increased responsibilities.

Julia - I can't wait to hear about your race and you better have someone taking a picture of you at the finish line.

Michele - how is your sanity? Thinking about you in the classroom with those wild 4th graders. I bet there is some great energy there!

And on a note about yesterdays discussion, I think each team has high times of posting and low times. I don't think there should be any guilt attached to posting or not posting. If we have a RFL thread every day or do a thread every several days it is just fine. I get so much motivation from all the different sports and approaches on here it makes me think about other options for me that I wouldn't have considered.

So let's keep swimming, splashing, running, biking, stair climbing or whatever. And know that the support network is here no matter how often you are on the thread.

K?

That being said I had the best appointment with a nurse practitioner yesterday. She was a huge blessing and had a whole different philosophy. What can we do to make me able to do the things I like instead of what can I cut out of my life to feel better allergy-wise. So a shot, bloodwork, new meds and an appointment next month. Plus a very positive attitude from her was wonderful.

Hi Amy, I've really missed you, so glad you are back!!

I REALLY have to get some work done today, I'll be in an out.

I didn't do my run last night because I was playing on my new laptop and I didn't get home until late, but I'll get her in tonight. Latah

Hey runners!!! I'm here and happily enjoying a rest day. I'm eating carrots trying to ward off the PMS hunger beast.

I'm here too, just got a later-than-normal start to my day since I chose to sleep in an extra 90 minutes.  Got my workout in (6+ miles and core) when the kiddos went to school.  Getting a few things done around here before they get home.  Forecast for my Philly Ride Sunday is showing thunderstorms !  I'm goin' ANYWAY   .  BBL

Hi RFL

Amy, I'm so glad you're back!  Re: exercise nerds, I think you're in good company!

Nic, great idea!  My mom used to be our school secretary, so we'll enlist her help!  I love what you said team-wise

Janice, is the laptop yours?  Congrats!

Julia, that's what I do too when I'm especially hungry

Hi Gayle   Wow, great w/o!  Glad you got some extra sleep!

Today I plan on doing my 60 min yoga before bedtime.  I was going to do an ubwo this morning b4 babysitting (DD's in NYC!) but I ran out of time.  I've been feeling really beat up so now I'm thinking that it was the right thing.  The yoga is a good core w/o & the long one works the shoulders & quads too.   Tomorrow I hope to start going a little longer, a 7 miler if I get out there early.

Hi Jeanne, yeah, my laptop was about to quit on me and I found a really great deal on HSN for a new one and I went for it.

Lift Little Bittle over your head a few times, that would be a great w/o. Is she walking to you?

Can anyone help me with this? I need to know what to eat for dinner before I run the half? I don't want to eat pasta because I have trouble with that and I may set myself up for eating too much. I totally do not want to overeat the night before. Any suggestions?
