I just got a tub of EAS Vanilla Whey and I'm in love! I just whipped up a Orange Dreamsicle Protein shake and can't believe I've waited all these years to buy vanilla. I've always just gotten the chocolate ones!!!

The shake is just 1/2 cup of orange juice + 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder + ice blended up in my VitaMix.

This is a new favorite for sure! I can't wait to give this to my hubby tomorrow for breakfast!!

You can make some sugar free vanilla pudding and mix it in, yum.

Best application I found is making a pumpkin (or sweet potato pie), which is:

1 RF pie crust (I usually leave this out to be healthier) 1 cup FF cottage cheese 4 scoops vanilla protein powder 1 can pumpkin puree (or 2 cups mashed sweet potato 1/4 c SF maple syrup cinnamon pumpkin pie spice 1/4 cup truvia or splenda (I usually leave this out) 1/2 cup FF whipped cream, which you fold in to make batter lighter after you mix all other ingredients.

bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes

Oh, and you can use FF milk, a banana, and 2 scoops of powder to make a great shake. Or add it to an ice cream maker (I usually need to add 1 Tbs honey and a couple packets of truvia) to make a good (not great) ice cream.

You can use diet orange soda instead of the OJ, it's really good.

The EAS Vanilla is indeed yummy, but you haven't lived 'til you've had the Body Fortress Chocolate Peanut Butter!
