I've been on BFL for 8 weeks now and I've noticed that meals that used to not leave me very satisfied (size wise) are now leaving me very satisfied. I've also noticed that on my free day I can't eat as much in a sitting as I used to be able to before getting full. Has anyone else had this happen? My only guess is that since I've been eating less my stomach has shrunk so that the same amount of food makes me feel more full. Don't get me wrong...this is a very pleasant surprise, I just don't know if this is unique to me.

Any thoughts?

I've been on BFL for 6+ months. I was the same way around the 8th week (full faster). It's pretty much a way of life now. P.S.: In the beginning I would crave carbs (pizza, rice, etc.) but after a few months it's almost always meat/dairy. I think it's the lifting that is doing that.
