Michelle, how were the storms? Beth, you deserved a mild winter, wasn't last year's a bad one? Pam, wow, a C section on a doggie! I bet those puppies are SO SO cute! I still need to down the water -- I've had some during the day but not from my measurable stash, other than my 8oz bottle during my run. I have 30 oz measured out & it will be put away; I'll post after it's done Janice, hey, hot mama!! Yikes re: the CF box! Be afraid. Be very afraid. Gayle, your positive doesn't surprise me in the least! I've seen that in action Carol, LOL. You're really cute from the toes UP! Just got back from a 4 mi run. I had felt kind of dizzyish & figured it was either blood sugar issues or ear issues (I've had some fluid there for a couple days) so I wasn't sure if it was smart. I took a Claritin & had some almonds & all was well. Slow but it's done. Oh, and I've had the best shake the last couple days for lunch! It didn't sound that great but wow! 1 froz banana (I always have a stash of them in the freezer), 1/4 c almond/coconut Breeze, 1/4 c water, 1 scoop pro powd, 1 or 1 1/2 tsp coconut oil, a little vanilla & cinnamon, and as much fresh spinach as I can stuff in the mini-blender (about a handful). Yummy! I don't mind spinach but I really can't taste it, just the banana & coconut. Oh, and today I added about a tsp of flax seed meal. I didn't think that it would satisfy me for a lunch but it's yummy

Good job on the run. My positive: I have great eyes (or so all the boys tell me) and I am a nice person. Yes, Jeanne, last winter was awful but we haven't gotten below freezing maybe once or twice, and we haven't had any snow or ice to speak of. I'm a winter/fall girl, and would like SOME snow and a little ice, maybe one snow day, and a day or two where we had to have a fire in the fireplace. Off to drink more water and cook up some chicken for the rest of the week.
I am enough.

Should we all post when we get up (could be multiple times for me)? 30 oz of detox water down the hatch.
