Bootcamp this morning.

Good to see you TBG.

Something like this.

TRX: I can't remember all the exercises, but you should be able to get the idea. 40 second TRX curl, 20 second rest, TRX push up, 20 second rest, TRX....For 6 different TRX exercises.

Then it was cardio for 6 different stations. 40 second cardio, 20 seconds to get to the next station.

Back to the TRX for a whole New set of exercises, this was leg work. 6 different exercises. 40 seconds on, 20 second rest.

Cardio same cycle.

NEW TRX exercises, TRX plank/ab exercises 6 different ones, cardio cycle again.

I did shoulders, chest and tris, with blood blow reduction (BFR), (a.k.a muscle occlusion, a.k.a. kaatsu training) on the triceps.


The only valid excuse for not exercising is paralysis.

Insanity- Plyo cardio resistance (or some such wierd name) plus 90 minutes of tennis clinic.

Chest/back/abs - 3 sets ea: bench press, incl bench press, seated flyes; lat pull down, seated row.  2 sets stability ball crunch w/ 10# dumb bell & hip raises w/ ball betw feet.  Need to finish abs later.  I did 30 sec jump rope betw ea set.
