Yikes, pistol squats! Wed: Shoulders: mil press, upright row; Bi's: standing cable curls, hammer grip curls; Tri's: standing cable tricep ext's, rope pull ext's; Legs: lunges, back lunges, side lunges, air squats. (I do the legs exercises in betw the other sets instead of resting.) Thur: Run 4 mi.
