M1. 2 soft boiled eggs, 1/2 grapefruit, black coffee, M2. 1 small orange, 15 raw almonds M3 large mixed veggie salad, 1/2 cup beans, balsamic vinegar M4 1/2 baked game hen, 1/2 small sweet potato, green beans

I'll play! 

m1  2 HB eggs, 1/2 ww eggo waffle, banana,  coffee

m2  24 almonds & 2 sticks beef jerky, water

m3  turkey meatloaf, roasted veggies, salad, water

m4  PP shake (1 scoop pp, 1 c almond milk, ice and maybe some PB2 to try in it), 2 cutie oranges, water

m5  ?  depends if I get to go out to my workout class or workout in the basement (damn snow!)

Goal is a gallon of water

looks yummy Erika. I gallon water is a lot of water. I would have a hard time sitting at my desk or being out in the field drinking that much.

Yeah, but luckily I work at home   Plus then I have no guilt about my coffee consumption level!

m4 was a Clif bar instead -- running late w/ my meals

m5  almonds & beef jerky (again)  Not too hungry...

M1: 2 whole eggs, 2 whites, scrambled with 1/2 cup of potatoes, 1 cup of 1% milk

M2: Yogurt

M3: Spicy chicken flatbread (1 tbsp olive oil, 5 oz chicken, black bean salsa, franks Red Hot, Fiesta blend cheese on a pita), 1 cup 1% milk

M4: can of tuna

M5: chicken mushroom pasta (6oz chicken, cream of mushroom soup, 1/2 cup egg noodles), 1 cup milk

M6: 1/2 cup cottage cheese, 1tbsp PB

M1: 2 hard boiled eggs, banana, tsp NPB, Coffee (little creamer)

M2: Bonless Chicken (6)

M3: Wasabi Peas

M4: Baked Chicken, green peas, sweet potato mash

Water = 80 oz

M1. 3 dried figs and 15 raw almonds and some coffee.

I was running late for work today

M2. Green salad with beans and vinegar

M3. protein bar

M4. turkey meatload, green beans and sweet potato

I must confess that I added some chocolate covered orange jelly bellies to my menu last night. It won't happen again! I swear! No Really! I swear!

Aside from some pepper and a bit of yellow mustard, yep! Although the other day I did add some pickle relish.

starting new challenge this Mon. - though haved tried to eat clean have been awful. (I blame job stress) Glad tracker is back & running. I see lots of familiar faces - HELLO TO EVERYONE! I'm hoping this will help keep me on track! I'm ready!! Bettie
