I was thinking the same thing, Dee - it's like a training program for a competition.  But... he's done well with his transformation so he has some good ideas.  DMGG, you don't have to eat boring, but if that's easier for you then do it since it's just a short period of time.

These types of restrictive diets aren't easy to maintain, if it were me I'd worry about keeping the weight off after you have gotten to your goal, but that's just me.

LOL at pixie stix and pancakes.  As a free day after you've gotten to your goal.    Or had your satanic fat exorcism.

I need a new tag line.

:0D I'm all about the KISS principle. Simple, simple. Levi has one of those crazy smart brains; he's an analytical thinker for sure.

I sometimes wonder how I spawned such a smart guy....but I don't need complicated fish burps, either. Dee, everything on your list sounds good except for the *shudder* *gag* eggs. I just hate them so much!

Once these (now 9) pounds of satan's fat are exorcised from my body (or....exercised? Ha ha), I'll have a big pixie stix and pancake party for sure. I told Mark I've lost a pound, and he said, "...probably just took a big crap." Thanks for your support, sweetums! :0)

Well,I drank some soda when I was at the hotel last week, and ate crap. :0/ I am doing better this week, not super great, but better.

My workouts are on track, which is never an issue, but if I want to get my pooch-belly gone by summer, I've gotta just get better control. I need to get back to basics.

Thank you for asking! It helps me with accountability. I think I need to start just logging everything I eat for the next few weeks, just to help myself stay the course. :0)
