Ok guys I need your help

I won't bore you with the details (unless you want them).  Bottom line, I need a breakfast that meets the following criteria:

1.       Wheat-free.

2.       Has at least 200 calories.

3.       Has a decent amount of protien and complex carbs.

4.       Reasonably low in fat and sodium.

5.       Prep time of less than 10 minutes.

6.       If at all possible, you should be able to eat it while driving.

7.       Not a shake.

Something store-bought would be great but I know it's very unlikely, so recipe suggestions are very welcome.

I've googled like crazy and so far haven't found much, so any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

Hard boiled Eggs (2-3) and a Banana with some Almond butter or NPB.

2 eggs 1 med banana 1/2 tsp NPB = about 355 calories

If you delete the NPB = 260 Calories

3 egg whites, Banana and NPb = 251 Calories

You could also make a sweet potato hash but that would be harder to eat on the go.

Maybe something like this, I know you can make these ahead of time and freeze.

Thanks guys.

I found what looks to be a pretty good recipe for salmon patties I'm going to try, but those breakfast bites look really good, I may have to try them next week!

Can you skip breakfast and have a bigger lunch?
