Do any of you use meal/food trackers?

Which ones have you tried, which one do you like/have stuck with?

I've decided that to she'd these last few pounds, I need to track every bite for a few weeks at least.it will help me with accountability!

I log my food on Loseit or Myfitnesspal.  Right now it's always on LI because I'm on a forum there also.  Since my food is pretty repititive, it's gotten easier to do.

I need a new tag line.

Daisy if you have a fancy phone(iphone) My Fitness Pal App is very easy. You can just scan your food in with the bar scanner.

Let me know if you do MFP and I can friend you. I have a close friend that has logged in for 740 days and she motivates me for sure.

I downloaded my fitness pal and lose it and will check those out. My fitness pal wasn't free, but you can use the online site for gratis. I'm starting to log my food today. Ahh!! It will probably be pixie stix, vending machine peanuts and bags of cotton candy, but whatever I eat, I'm logging! Ha ha.... Thanks for all the suggestions.

I don't know how I ended up with two separate food tracker threads, so sorry about that!

Ok, so this morning, I logged my food and workouts on My fitness pal and on loseit.

Not sure what I'm doing wrong on my fitness pal, but it shows my food as 240 calories (had tuna/crackers for breakfast, stinky I know but so good!) but it isn't logging my workout?  Says I have 960 cals remaining for today.

On lose it, it shows budget of 1048 cals/day, and that my food so far was 306 and it shows my 35 minutes of lifting weights is minus 185, so I have 927 more calories to go today.

So....how do I get my exercise to show up on fitness pal?  I'm daisymaegogo on both places, if anyone wants to find me.

Daisy check your portions on MFP that could be the difference.

Are you on your phone or the website to log your exercise?

Phone: go to my diary add then towards the bottom look for cardiovasular or strength. I put everything into cardiovascular because strength doesn't give me calories burned. I also wear my heart rate monitor and put in the acutal number of calories I burn for that day. I put my exercise in at the end of the day so I don't eat those burned calories.
