Lol...alpha t-25 total body circuit this morning, next week I'll start on the 5 weeks of the "beta" circuit and will FINALLY get to add some weights. This five weeks of cardio sucks. :0)

I know it's good for me, but I miss weights. Soon, though. One more week!

Hiya, three lonely glams and Val. How's it going? We seem to have a lot of people find this site, post once, then boom, they disappear. It wasn't as noticinle back when this place was hopping, but now just seems like a cruel tease. "Hey, I think I'll come join y'all....psych!"

:0)

Ps, Dee, if I'm not posting, it's usually because I'm slacking. :0D Being a tracker slacker is no bueno! Bad Tracy, bad DMGG.

Good strong bodies don't build themselves!

This morning was a good workout morning. I'm thinking about a round of chalene extreme after Shaun t is wrapped. I need to be lifting. This cardio crap, lol...has helped me lose 5 pounds, but I feel like my arms are getting almost nothing, other than supporting me during burpees and push ups. The next 5 weeks of this workout are supposed to incorporate weights, so we shall see what's ahead!

I'm leaving tomorrow-Friday for more business travel,an dim taking my DVDs with me. :0)

I'm still going strong. Not really spending much time in the forums lately, but I did want to check in and let you all know I was still alive. Down 18.8 lbs and heading into week 11. Only 12 days until my challenge is complete!

Supes, you are doing so great! Almost 20 pounds is wonderful. I'm down 5 pounds, 5 weeks to go with t-25. I can't wait until next week when I can start back with weights, since this program is cardio heavy, esp the first 5 weeks. Bleh for cardio, but it's helped me lose. Getting ready to do some squats, lunges, push ups in the hotel room, then will do a t-25 workout when I get back to my room after my presentation. Breakfast will be fruit and cereal from the free breakfast, lunch is going to be tuna. I'm so grateful for whoever invented those no-drain tuna packs, because they make it easy to eat a better lunch than drive-through.

Everyone else, lurking or posting, hope you're doing well!
