Good Morning and Happy Saturday, Peeps.

Today was: 3x5 Front Squats at 125 all sets.

Then I alternated between 10 Deadlifts at 125lbs and 15 Bicep curls with 15lb Dumbells. 6 sets

Then it was a spin class. Gotta take advantage of the full 2 hours of babysitting when I can on Saturdays


I am known to do the wop. Also known for the flinstone flop.

Good afternoon and happy Saturday to you as well, Amy! Excellent work at the gym, today.

Finally back home - landed just before midnight. Went in to train this morning and then back again this after. Here is what was on the menu. Was definitely feeling the week and a half off over Christmas. Manged 3+1, 3 and then only a measly 11 reps (subbed ring muscle ups for bar muscle ups on the last but that was it for scaling - power snatch was like butter, MUs required Hurculean effort).

So far today, the eats have been gold sticky star good and yesterday wasn't bad either - travel delay meant two gluten free nut/coconut bar thingies scarfed at the airport that were pretty sugar-heavy but I was dying. Feeling so much better already.
