Hey Gals! Happy Friday! I've had a good week! Eating has been pretty good, I've done 4 workouts this week and I lost a pound! My goal this year is at least 30 pounds this year! Ultimate goal would be 1 pound per week!

I get to go on a date with my hubby tonight! YAY!

Good morning. Great workouts at the gym today. Helps not to be hungover.

Strength wod was dumb bell snatches and cleans then find 1 RM thruster. 90# baby! 15 pound PR!

Then the wod was 10 minutes of 10 dead lifts(125#) and 20 push ups. 4 rounds+17 push ups. Probably should have done 135# but that's ok. Push ups were a bitch.

Post workout meal was chicken thigh, 1/2 sweet potato, sauteed spinach and a little avocado. Delish.

Perhaps we should switch to the weekly thread format to allow for slightly more sustained conversation?

Sleepy today but feeling good. Long, difficult workout on the sched for tonight. Max out set of squats at 83 percent is just one of its expected joys... Do I want to do the math in advance?

Dammit! 232.4lbs.... Math bad!

In other news, I am feeling rather svelte - TOM is done. Love this time - it's my one week where I actually feel fit and lean. I mean, I am fit and lean as a general role - just that my brain doesn't get that that's the case.

Not a bad idea, Leya, since not everyone checks in daily. 232.4 pounds is 83%. Dayum...

Carol, it's my one lift. Ha! Hit double body weight finally this summer after doing some kind of smolov-like squat cycle. It was horrible but put 20lbs on my squat in about eight weeks.

Hello ladies!! I tried to start the thread this morning but failed in the image attachment department, AGAIN, so I gave up

This morning was an early workout of:

30 minutes on the stair mill machine then,

Alternate 12 pushups/12 incline sit-ups

Alternate 10 KB swings at 53lb/15 dumbbell curls

I was done by 6:30am with my workout. Haven't woken up early like that in a while. I might start doing Friday early workouts in order to fit one in since there's no daycare at my gym on Fridays. I agree on the weekly thread idea.

I am known to do the wop. Also known for the flinstone flop.

Hi Ladies...

End of day check in, not sure if you all will see it.

Love the weekly thread idea for ongoing conversation

This morning strict press, push press, push jerk, then split jerk for fun.  Did another video, but it's not edited.  I should really consider making myself look presentable if I'm going to put this crap on You Tube, but then again, it's 4:45am and who gives a rats butt.

After the barbell stuff I did 5 rounds of 5 pull-ups, 5 front squats 65#, 10 back ext.

Have I mentioned I love lifting?  Love all kinds of lifting.

I'm so proud of all of us!  Woot!  Tracker MOJO is coming back!
