Well ladies, I made it to the gym last night and the manager noticed I didn't bring my son with me. She later on came over and said that she hoped I didn't feel like I couldn't bring my son anymore because of the incident where he hit another child with a toy. She also said how much they love Xavi and want to see him back. I REALLY needed to hear that from her because I was not feeling like she ever wanted me back again after it happened. I won't be able to bring Xavi to the gym tonight but am planning to go with him tomorrow. He has been a little bossy with his friends at home (pushing them away to get to a toy and taking toys from them) so I am still a bit worried. I failed to mention that if he hits a child again, we are banned from the daycare for 2 months, so that is what I'm worried about also. Boo! I guess I just have to go and see.

Today I"m planning a short run with Xavi in the jogging stroller before we pick up our CSA veggies from a farm nearby. Then we will walk home and go play at church with his friends after dinner. It is beautiful weather here today!!!

Last night I finally made it back to the gym. I'm feeling pretty pudgy these days but I need to put in the work to feel/look my best.

Since it's been over a week since I lifted, I went moderate weight. Did 5x5 back squats at 135, then some clean and hang clean work at 90lbs working on getting full extension at the top. Then did 4x7 deadlifts at 135.

Today will be some more squats and shoulder press and stairmill.

Yesterday I worked Front Squats. did 5x7 at 125. Then worked shoulder press at 65lb with sets of 5, alternating with side raises with 7.5lb DB. My shoulders are SO WEAK!

Then did 5 rounds of 10 KB swings with 53lb, 20 ab mat situps, 10 ball slams with 14lb.

Feeling sore today.

Posting so it's not just you on what I am guessing is the last of our Mephobia threads, Amy.

And, for posterity, we all wandered back to FB and continued to lift weights and eat well and do cardio and enjoy life in general.
