Should we talk about what is expected of ourselves and each other on Team Asylum? This team didn't slack or accept slacking and I vote to keep it that way.

What about team size? Blue always liked to keep it as a manageable number so we became a pretty close group. I am thinking 14 or 21, maybe 28 tops. That puts us taking turns on the lead post at once every 2, 3 or 4 weeks. Split down the middle at 1/2 men, half women? Balance out the Estrogen and Testosterone?

I had a ton of work on my plate when I resigned from the team to make room for someone else in 2008. Were there any big changes since that time or did it stay the same?

Thoughts? Additions? Comments? Input? Let's discuss shall we.

(I have a short and sweet post ready to go for tomorrow. Here we go now!)

I wasn't part of your team back in the day, but I remember I loved reading the team threads. People had goals and everyone was accountable and they did a great job posting both their failures and triumphs. Accountability is so important in being successful!

I hope the fires are lit and the momentum keeps going. I hope folks find their way back to tracker and that they stay and find success!

Tomorrow is my birthday. I'll be 49, which blows my mind. Having a 4 yr old running around makes me forget my age. I want and need to get fit and stay fit so I can keep up with him. I'm still sickly with this virus from hell, but am working out tomorrow before work anyway. I've commited to starting tomorrow, so I will!

I think the team did a good job of keeping everyone on track after you left, but with the old Webbie issues, then the site itself having so much trouble, people just left in droves. Finally the site went down completely for about a year and a half, and I think a lot of folks don't know it is back.

New Webbie is awesome. The few glitches the site had when it came back up were fixed right away. I hope folks come back and stay.

Ps-I miss Bluepulse, trickbikeguy, so many other good peeps.....

I cant say if I can be accountable to post threads all the time just because of how busy my life is, but more than willing to get back into it and get my life back on track. 3 weeks down thus far. I dont care what the results are, but I have to finish these 12 weeks just for my mentality! I mean I DO care about results, but not to the extreme from before....
