My feet hit the floor this early morning and got my weight workout in! 1/4 for the week

Deadlifts 5 sets of 10 reps

All below were 4 sets of 10 reps:
Alt DB Curls
Lat Pulldown
Barbell Bicep Curl
1 hand Bent over rows

Today I get to go read to 4 classes at the school for Dr. Seuss week and will return next Monday for 4 other classes. Fingers crossed the babies sleep well and the older two don't question/drive my DH crazy! HA!

Goals today:
1. Prep food which I didn't get to this weekend
2. Total Body class tonight
3. Bed by 9pm

Where do the weekends go?

50 Shades was better than I anticipated. Now I want to go back and re-read books 2 and 3.

Katie – I hate trying on clothes. Maybe you are on to something I look horrible in dressing rooms. Philly sounds like fun.

Erika – I have the first Divergent book. I might have to add that to my collection. Hahahah love the poster for this month! I have just a few short weeks to be ready for my bikini!

Ha!  That made me laugh today!  ^^

Had my Total Body class tonight and it felt good to stretch out my glutes that were getting sore from the deadlifts this morning.  We did wall balls w/ a deep squat, so it was a love/hate relationship with me!

MFP is down for maintenance right now, so not sure how I'm sitting w/ my macros.  Ugghh.  Probably have some tuna and call it a night.  My carbs have been over lately.

Goal is to be in bed by 9pm so I can hit an early morning workout again.  I was tired this morning, so I need to make sure I get my butt to bed.

 Up this morning for my 2/4 weight workouts, followed by a HIIT kind of workout on my spin bike ( 8 rounds of 30 seconds all out sprint, and then 60 seconds recovery)

GOOD stuff!  Now working on hitting my macros right on today, so I'm tracking early.

80 oz of water in so far!  That's what happens when you get up early I guess!

Good morning!

Where are all the chicks at?

Started phase one on SOS on Sunday and I am down 2 pounds. I am sure it's just water from all the crap I ate on Saturday. Now we will see what happens in the next couple of days.

Erika - I remember when I first started training with John and couldn't even do wall balls. Crazy! I will take them over burpees and turkish get ups any day. So what are your thoughts on the IIFYM? I think fat and carbs make me gain too much too fast. I've been watching my macros since Sunday and both are a lot less than what my numbers should be. I will keep watching as I move into phase 2. What I really missed about SOS is my indulgent meal each week.

Yesterday's class had Wall balls, burpees and turkish get-ups!  Agghhhh!  I still need that Buck Furpees tank top!

IIFYM--I'm still working it and seeing since I haven't been consistent, so I need to be fair. 

Mine actually changed from: 

Paige's numbers: 

142g protein // 62g fat // 163g carbs (1778) for fairly rapid loss

to

Kait's numbers: 

Protein: 142-145g per day

Fat: 72-75g per day

Carbs: 147-150g per day

Fibre: 25-30per day

This is approx. 1855 Calories per day

And then I bought a weight lifting program to go along with Kait's stuff and belong to a facebook group and paid to check in with her at least 1 x per week with my weight log and macros log for 16 weeks.  She's a trainer I saw with a girl on IIFYM Exclusive page who had pretty awesome results, and I need a boost, so I'm just going for it.

I know that IIFYM is easier for me that the food program with the other program I tried that was uber strict.  And I do well with a group to check in on, so that's good too.

Soooo, we'll see.  So far the workout is kicking my butt and I'm not feeling deprived food-wise.  I am still trying to hit my carb number, but I'm getting there.  Ok--naptime is over!

hey girls! I was doing ok, but not really SOS b/c of the pantry and not going to the store in the ice storm. Then today I totaly ate of plan at the office. Think its pms week. I'm leaving for Philly friday after work, so that will be a suck too. But my roomie for the week will likely workout with me, and there is yoga 2 of the mornings as a fundraiser. I'm in that mood called I should just forget it I'm not going to lose anything anyway. " time for tucking.. checkin later.
