Hello! New thread for support starting here!!!

Sunrise, Whiteink, G3 and myself so far. Any other interested trackers??? Come out of hiding! We would love to hear from you.

I just finished week 4 and have to say: BFL works. Plain and simple, it works. In the spring of last year I tried low carb, no carb, carb cycling, starving myself, over-exercising. I would lose weight but my clothes fit exactly the same! Now- I am at about the same weight as the spring but my clothes are looser and I can see a difference! There are no shortcuts. You just have to do the work. Keep on keeping on!!!!

Lisa this past weekend I had to retire my over sized blue jeans (They were falling down). I know some folks like that style, but I have a job and need both hands to work.

The right combination of nutrition and exercise is a winning formula. I am happy to see my waist from the back is trimming, that was the stuff holding up my over sized jeans. Like I said in the beginning, "I may not get back to where I was, but at least I am not heading to where I was going".

Slipped on diet, ended up eating just because my brain wanted to. My body didn't need the calories.

White ink- it happens. Food is as much a mental crutch as a physical one. I am a stress eater. I am trying really hard to learn other ways to deal with stress but it is hard.

I am also a self sabotager! As soon as I start to make progress I feel like I deserve a treat. And so I have been up and down the same 3-4 pounds for the past 2 years. Not this time. I am pushing through this week!! Have a good rest of the day!!!!

Lisa and G3 All good news from the team that . . . .keep(s) on ...GIVING. Big day. I stepped on scale and it read 188.8 and an acquaintance at the gym commented,"your coming around". It has been a while since I heard neat stuff like that.

Keep on going. laughing at my "yo-yo" weight. Back to 191 according to scale. When I hit 188 I thought, "oh no I want to be meaty" not skinny. Today at 191 I want to be lean and trim. It is tough being me.

Had a killer 90 minute class at Orange Theory this morning. Feeling leaner! This is about the point (5 weeks) where I start to notice the change. 2 other people have asked me if I'm losing weight. You are right- it definitely helps keep me motivated! I'm going to really push these next 4 weeks for some muscle gains. I need to lock down my eating big time. So tomorrow I will shop and get some meals prepped for the week. Today I'm going to wear a pair of shorts I haven't been able to button in a couple years happy Saturday.

Time for me to keep focused. It is exciting to think I could be living a healthy and vibrant life. 1) It took a while to get out of shape; it will take a while to get back into shape. 2) the healthy and vibrant life is a lifestyle, not miracle. I have to recommit each day to the realization that eating right and exercise is the choice. I kept on track this weekend.

Keep it up Lisa, good report on 90 minutes of strenuous exercise. Hope all is well G3
