I am still plugging along. I am trying to cut back on carbs in my last 2-3 meals of the days but it is so hard!!! 3.5 more weeks in this challenge. It has flown by. I am pleased with my results but more importantly I think I'm back on track for the future. I'll take the last week of November off completely and then jump back on in December!!!

Made a progress on dropping weight. Physical progress doing OK by the measuring tape. Body fat getting to appear more healthy than in past few months. Updated my progress page. Nice to job Lisa.

lisa5802, so you will start another challenge right away? I was thinking about doing the same thing, but not sure if that is "legal" for the official challenge?

I am doing fairly well, I am going to cut the carbs just a wee bit more, I am not changing shape much, but clothes are smaller and I feel so good! not sure what the pictures will show.

I'm not sure what the rules are for official challenges. But yes, I will start up again right away. I've kind of plateaued- not necessarily a bad thing but I would like to drop just a little more fat. Overall I'm pleased with my results. At the very least I want to maintain- and for me that means being On program the majority of the time.

Congratulations Lisa. Being pleased with yourself is a blessing. My running has turned to walking, and the weekday gym time has disappeared. I am focus on eating nutritious well balanced meals and getting to gym weekends.

Hello I'm new here....may I join you? I started on Nov 2 but am taking it pretty easy as I haven't figured out how to make this work with my limited equipment. I have lost 4.6 lbs and am feeling pretty good. I am doing well with the meals and am riding a stationary bike every day...started at 10 min and am up to 15. I really want to get fit but am looking for support and accountability.

Hi there! Welcome Horsewoman! Please check in. It really does help with accountability and I know I like to hear the updates. I am still pushing forward.
