I am new to weight training.

I am confused as to why they did not include glutes as a major muscle to exercise? I am reading the 1999 book. Has it been updated? I am 40% body fat (but don't look it and my booty is very large and I was to share it up so it is nice and round while removing the fat so its not so huge. I am an apple shape at the moment.

Also, I have been following Banting diet or Atkins if you will with no exercise. I believed Gary Tubes the author when he concluded that sugar and carb make you fat and that fat does not make you fat. I eat fat -healthy fats and do not eat low fat or fat free products. But this plan is low fat and so I am very very confuse.

HELP

If you want to loose fats, you can go for nuez de la India original(http://www.nuez-dela-india.com). It is very useful to loose weight and fats. I think it will help you too.
