Hello, I'm new to this website. I have the BFL hardcopy from 1999. I have also visited the BFL website. I noticed that the Daily Progress Reports have been modified slightly over time.

Original Book: Chest, Shoulders, Back, Triceps, Biceps Online Forms: Chest, Shoulders, Back, Biceps, Triceps

Notice that they flipped Triceps and Biceps.

I am curious as to why this might be? Is it because we should work the larger muscle (bicep) before the smaller ones (triceps)?

Hey there, I'm just coming back after a much too long of a break from the one system that worked for me!!! I had not noticed that, but I have always worked Biceps then triceps in that order for years. Not sure if it something I was taught, read or just did. It does make sense to work the bigger muscle first b/c the smaller muscle gets a secondary workout when working the bigger. Hope that made some sort of sense lol
