Hopefully I'll be able to focus on the 2nd week. I have missed 2 workouts and not eaten correctly. Anyone else on here successfully complete 1st week?

Every week will not be perfect. I am not sure I ever had a "perfect" week. You just have to forget about it and keep going doing the best you can!

It takes a while to develop good habits, around six weeks or so. Until then, you just have to commit yourself to a certain time each day to work out, then just do it, no arguments or excuses. once you get started, you will enjoy it; you just have to choose to do it or not every day.
