Keep on tracking

Personal goal is to keep on myself through December 23. For years my mind would focus on practice good eating and exercising before the holidays. So when the Thanksgiving and Christmas parties occurred I would be reaching for the vegetable tray treats. Anyone is welcome to post on this thread for support.

Continue running and calisthenics. Seasonal weather changes came with rain and cooler temperatures. Outdoor yard chores add to activities. Eating a balanced diet.

Close enough for Decemebr 23. Goal has been reached yipee. Celery sticks and apple slices no problem. Keeping a healthy balance.

Moderate activity 3-5 times a week. Gym and outdoor running - the winter is mild and no snow has made it inviting to be running outdoors.

Up dating - longest bicycle ride 47 miles in a little over 4 hours, run 5.2 miles at 8:55 pace, kayak 1 hour, gym chest press 195 pounds. Normal stuff bike ride 90 minutes, run 3.5, stength train once a week, yard work or other simple chores to keep moving. Acivity is adding more to my life than sitting on the couch was been.
